I love finding a great deal. Truly. I love it so much that it shaped my entire career.

After 19 years working at the highest levels of commerce editorial, including building a Deals vertical and shaping and scaling an entire commerce operation at a major publishing company, I decided to create a place to share my vetting process, my experience, and every good find I discover along the way. The Gooderie is built on honesty and real recommendations.

There’s something genuinely satisfying about tracking down the right product at the right price, knowing it’s going to land on someone’s doorstep and actually deliver. That’s what The Gooderie promises.

Who We Are

I bring 19 years of experience in ecommerce, digital publishing, and knowing exactly what’s worth buying. I’ve worked across every corner of the commerce editorial world as a writer, editor, project manager, and eventually leading the commerce vertical at a major publishing company where I shaped and scaled the entire operation, built their Deals vertical from scratch, and managed a team dedicated to finding real price drops and publishing reviews worth reading. I’ve seen how this industry works at every level. I brought those standards here.

The Gooderie is also a family operation at its core. My husband brings 12 years as a coach, and his expertise is behind every piece of sports gear we recommend.

How We Do It

Every deal is verified. We track prices and retail data constantly to make sure that when we call something a deal, it’s a genuine discount. We’re shoppers too, and we’d never share something we wouldn’t feel good about buying ourselves.
